Few Districts Were Competitive in Both 2021 and 2022

In any given election, a small number of Virginia legislative districts fall within a narrow competitive band where the two political parties are separated by 5 or fewer percentage points. But even more rare (three in the House of Delegates and 1 in the State Senate) are districts that were in the competitive zone in both November 2021 and November 2022.
